Understanding Resets
Daily Reset
- Content, AI Actions, and Regeneration meters reset every 24 hours.
- Unused daily quotas do not carry over to the next day.
Monthly Reset
- Monthly article totals reset with your billing cycle.
- The reset date matches your plan subscription date.
What Happens When You Hit a Limit
Daily Content Limit
- You can no longer approve articles for the day.
- Scheduled and Auto mode articles will queue for the next day.
- The Approve button on the dashboard becomes disabled.
Daily AI Actions Limit
- AI rewrite features in the editor become unavailable.
- The "Regenerate Title & Meta" option is disabled.
- The bubble menu AI options are greyed out.
Daily Regeneration Limit
- The Regenerate button on dashboard cards is disabled.
- You can still Approve or Skip articles.
Monthly Article Limit
- No more articles can be generated until the next billing cycle.
- Consider upgrading your plan if you consistently hit this limit.
Tips for Managing Usage
- Prioritize high-value content — Approve the most strategically important articles first.
- Use Skip wisely — Skipping doesn't consume your content quota, so skip freely when articles aren't relevant.
- Save AI actions for important edits — Use manual editing for small changes and AI actions for substantial rewrites.
- Monitor monthly totals — Keep an eye on your monthly consumption to avoid running out before the reset.
