Offerings Management
Add, edit, and reorder offerings; generate strategies
Offerings are the foundation of your content strategy in Wyrote. Each offering represents a product or service your business provides. Wyrote creates a separate content strategy for each offering, complete with its own keywords, topic clusters, and article plan.
Accessing Offerings
Click Offerings in the sidebar navigation to see all your offerings.
Offerings List
The main page shows all your offerings as sortable cards. Each card displays:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | The offering name |
| Short Description | Brief summary of the offering |
| URL | Link to the offering page on your website |
| Keywords | Number of keywords discovered |
| Topics | Number of topic clusters created |
| Content | Total articles planned |
| Ready | Articles that are ready or published |
| Queue Position | Which month this offering is scheduled for (e.g., "Mar", "Apr") |
| Topic Authority | Progress bar showing published articles vs. 150-article target |
Reordering Offerings
Wyrote cycles through your offerings on a monthly basis. You can change the rotation order:
- Drag and drop offering cards to reorder them.
- The first offering in the list will be the focus for the current month.
- Subsequent offerings will be scheduled for following months.
Tip: Prioritize offerings with the highest business impact first. You can always reorder later.
Generating a Strategy
For offerings that don't have a strategy yet:
- Click the Generate Strategy button on the offering card.
- The 5-phase strategy pipeline will run (same as during onboarding).
- Progress is shown live: Keyword Discovery → Market Analysis → SERP Analysis → Topic Clustering → Content Planning.
- Once complete, the offering will have keywords, clusters, and a content plan.

Click the edit icon on any offering card to modify:

Title and Description
Edit the offering name and short description. These are used by the AI to understand the context of this offering when generating content.
Offering Page URL
The URL of this offering's page on your website (e.g., /services/seo-audit or https://example.com/services/seo-audit).
This URL is used in two ways:
- CTA sections — When the "Use CTA" toggle is enabled in Style Settings, the AI includes a call-to-action section in articles that links to this URL
- Internal linking — Articles for this offering may link back to this page for context
Tip: Make sure the offering URL points to an actual page on your site. If the page doesn't exist yet, add it to your sitemap after creating it.
Target Articles (Topic Authority)
The number of articles needed to establish topic authority for this offering. Default is 150.
This value drives the Topic Authority progress bar shown on the offerings list page. As you publish more articles for an offering, the progress bar fills toward this target.
Adjust this number based on your niche:
- Narrow niche (e.g., "invoice factoring") — 50–80 articles may be sufficient
- Broad topic (e.g., "digital marketing") — 150–300+ articles for full authority
Content Rules
Free-text rules that the AI applies specifically when writing and editing content for this offering. These rules are injected into every article under this offering.
Example content rules:
- "Always mention our integration capabilities"
- "Include pricing comparison with competitors"
- "Focus on enterprise use cases"
- "Never mention competitor X by name"
Tip: Content rules are combined with workspace-level rules from General Settings. Offering rules take priority when there's a conflict.
Business Strategy
Revenue and pricing context helps the AI tailor content to your business model:
- Pricing model — Per project / subscription / per unit / hourly
- Buyer type — B2B / B2C
- Average deal value and currency
- Revenue target per month
- Target clients per month
- Sales cycle length
