Workspace Management

Multiple workspaces and team access

Workspaces in Wyrote represent separate domains or brands. Each workspace has its own offerings, content strategy, settings, and analytics. This guide covers how to manage multiple workspaces.

What Is a Workspace?

A workspace is an isolated environment for one domain. It contains:

  • Its own company profile and settings
  • Separate offerings and content strategies
  • Independent content library and calendar
  • Individual analytics and integrations
  • Its own voice profile and content rules

Think of each workspace as a separate project or client.

Workspace Switcher

The workspace switcher is located in the sidebar header (collapsible dropdown):

  • Shows all workspaces you're a member of
  • Displays the domain URL for each workspace
  • Your current workspace is highlighted

Switching Workspaces

  1. Click the workspace dropdown in the sidebar.
  2. Select the workspace you want to switch to.
  3. You'll be navigated to that workspace's dashboard.

Creating a New Workspace

  1. Open the workspace switcher dropdown.
  2. Click Create New Workspace.
  3. The onboarding wizard starts (same process as your first workspace — see Onboarding Wizard).

Workspace Limits by Plan

The number of workspaces you can create depends on your plan:

If you've reached your workspace limit:

  • An upgrade modal appears when you try to create a new workspace.
  • You'll need to upgrade to a higher plan to add more workspaces.
  • Alternatively, you can delete an existing workspace to free up a slot.

Workspace Members

Workspaces support team access on the Growth and Agency plans:

  • Multiple users can be members of the same workspace.
  • Workspace access is verified through the WorkspaceMember table.
  • Members can access all features within the workspace.

Use Cases for Multiple Workspaces

Agencies

Manage multiple client websites from a single Wyrote account:

  • One workspace per client domain
  • Separate content strategies for each client
  • Individual settings and voice profiles
  • Independent analytics tracking

Multi-Brand Businesses

If you operate multiple brands or products:

  • Create a workspace for each brand's domain
  • Maintain distinct content voices and strategies
  • Track performance independently

Multi-Language

If you target different markets with different domains:

  • Separate workspaces for each language/region
  • Configure appropriate target countries and language per workspace

Best Practices

  1. One workspace per domain — Keep your workspaces focused on a single domain for clear strategy and analytics.
  2. Complete onboarding fully — Set up the company profile, sitemap, and at least one offering strategy for each workspace.
  3. Configure settings per workspace — Each workspace should have its own voice profile, content rules, and style settings.
  4. Monitor each workspace — Regularly check the dashboard and analytics for all your active workspaces.
