Understanding the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your daily command center in Wyrote. It shows your content calendar, daily tasks, topic progress, and offering rotation schedule — everything you need at a glance to manage your content production.

3-Day Content Calendar

The centerpiece of the dashboard is a three-column calendar showing yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Each column displays scheduled article cards with:

• Title — The article title
• Status Badge — Color-coded by status (idea, draft, ready, scheduled, published)
• Content Type — Badge showing article type (e.g., pillar, support)
• Topic Cluster — The cluster this article belongs to
• Primary Keyword — The target keyword for SEO

Today's Actions

Today's column is interactive. For each content item, you have three action buttons:

Tip: Click View full calendar at the bottom to see your entire weekly or monthly content schedule.

Streak Badge

A streak counter appears at the top showing your consecutive active days on the platform. The badge color changes as your streak grows:

• Gray — Less than 3 days
• Yellow — 3+ days
• Orange — 7+ days

Stats Bar

A quick summary bar shows your daily activity:

• Approved — Number of articles approved today
• Pending — Articles still waiting for your action
• Skipped — Articles you've skipped today

Next Month Preview

This card shows what's coming up in your content plan:

• Which offering will be the focus next month
• How many articles are scheduled
• Approve Plan button — Activates the upcoming month's content
• Change Offer button — Redirects to Offerings to reorder the rotation queue

Topic Progress

Tracks your progress across your top 5 topic clusters:

• Progress bar — Shows articles completed vs. total for each cluster
• Status icons:
  • Circle — Not started
  • Clock — In progress
  • Checkmark — Completed
• Color coding:
  • Gray (0–24%)
  • Yellow (25–49%)
  • Blue (50–99%)
  • Green (100%)

Building complete topic clusters is key to establishing topical authority in search engines.

Offerings Schedule

Shows your multi-month content rotation plan:

• Lists each offering with its scheduled month (This Month, Next Month, etc.)
• Progress bar per offering showing published articles vs. the 150-article topical authority target
• Helps you visualize how Wyrote cycles through your offerings over time

Warnings & Alerts

The dashboard may display alerts if something needs your attention:

• Sitemap not configured — Internal linking is disabled. Add a sitemap from the Links page.
• Sitemap pages not crawled — Your sitemap is set but pages haven't been crawled yet. Go to Links and click Start Crawl.

Getting Started Tutorial

On your first visit after onboarding, a 4-step tutorial modal appears:

1. Links & Sitemap — Set up your sitemap for internal linking
2. Content Settings — Customize your content style preferences
3. Your Offers — Review and manage your offerings
4. You're All Set! — Start generating content

Each step links to the relevant settings page. The tutorial is dismissed permanently once you complete it.

Daily Usage Indicators

In the top header bar (visible on all pages), you'll see:

• Content meter — Articles used today vs. your daily limit
• AI Actions meter — AI editor actions used vs. daily limit (paid plans only)
• Regenerate meter — Regenerations used vs. daily limit
• Plan badge — Your current plan (Free, Starter, Growth, or Agency)
• Upgrade button — Quick access to upgrade if you're not on the Agency plan
