Domain Information
This section defines your company profile. It was initially populated during onboarding but can be updated at any time.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Company Name | Your business name as it should appear in content |
| Company Description | A brief summary of what your company does |
| Industry | The sector you operate in |
| Business Type | The nature of your business (informational, transactional, etc.) |

| Business Tone | How your content should sound — professional, casual, conversational, etc. |

Tip: The AI uses these fields to tailor content tone, vocabulary, and examples to your specific business context. Be as specific as possible, especially with the ICP.
Language and Target Countries
Content Language
Select the language for all generated content (e.g., English, Turkish). This affects:
- The language the AI writes in
- Keyword research language
- Search volume data relevance
Target Countries
Choose one or more countries you want to target. This influences:
- Which regional search data is used for keyword metrics
- Geographic relevance of content topics
- Local keyword variations
Use the searchable dropdown to find and select countries (50+ available).
SEO & Structured Data (JSON-LD)
Configure the information used to generate Article/BlogPosting structured data (JSON-LD) for every piece of content:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Author Name | The author name in structured data |
| Author URL | Link to the author's profile page |
| Publisher Name | Your organization's name |
| Publisher Logo URL | URL to your organization's logo |
| Site URL | Your website's base URL |
This structured data is:
- Generated automatically for every article
- Available to copy from the Content View page
- Used by search engines for rich result features (author cards, publisher info, etc.)
Important: Properly configured JSON-LD improves how your content appears in search results and supports E-E-A-T signals.
Content Rules
A free-text field where you set global rules that the AI follows when writing and editing all content in this workspace.
What Content Rules Do
- Rules are injected into the AI writer and editor prompts
- They apply to every article generated in this workspace
- They override default AI behavior for your specific needs
Examples
- "Never use first-person pronouns"
- "Always capitalize our brand name as 'Wyrote'"
- "Include data and statistics whenever possible"
- "Avoid marketing jargon — write for technical audiences"
- "Always end articles with a clear next step or CTA"
- "Do not mention competitor names directly"
Content Rules vs. Offering Rules
- Workspace content rules (set here) apply to all content
- Offering content rules (set per offering in Offerings Management) apply only to that offering's content
- When both exist, offering rules add to (and can override) workspace rules
Saving Changes
Click Save after making any changes. Settings are applied to all future content generation — they don't retroactively change already-generated content.
